Spend the day studying the Word of God and growing closer to Him as you grow closer as a family. Study and activities for all ages.

Camp Itinerary

Registration Begins at 8:00 am

Opening Assembly at 8:45 am

Boat Races 4:00 pm

Campfire Service 6:00 pm

Full Schedule will be provided upon arrival.

Experience a day filled with connection, creativity, and faith. Whether you are staying the entire day or dropping off the older kids, here is a glimpse of what to expect.

Morning Study & Activities

Engaging lessons and group activities designed for all ages to enjoy together.

Collaborative Boat Construction

Work side-by-side with your children to design, decorate, and build their very own custom vessel for the afternoon regatta.

4:00 PM

The Great Race & Evening Worship

Join us as the children race their hand-crafted boats, followed by a warm family supper and worship around the campfire.

Full Family

DROP-OFF OPTIONAL

Ages 5-15

  • Drop-off is welcome for this age group

  • Please return by 4:00 PM to watch the boat race and join children for the remainder of activities

  • Parents invited to join boat building anytime

  • Please provide a reachable contact number

  • Children 16 and older can participate in adult Bible study

PARENT PRESENCE REQUIRED

Ages 0-4

  • Must be accompanied by an adult all day

  • Option to attend adult Bible study during lesson blocks

  • Please remain on site the entire day

  • Provide a reachable contact number

  • Please register your littles as well, so we can be prepared for them.

As the day winds down and the hand-made boats have raced, gather with us by the campfire. Even if you couldn't join us earlier, your entire family is invited to share a full supper and evening worship under the stars.

Nourish The Adventure

A light breakfast snack, a boxed lunch, and a full supper will be provided.
Please indicate in your registration which of these meals each family member will enjoy.

A light bite during check-in to fuel your start.

Sandwich, chips, drink, and a sweet treat.

Dropping off children ages 5-15? Please ensure you provide a reliable emergency contact number where we can reach you at any point throughout the day.

Parent Logistics

Review these important details about our drop-off policies, meal selections, and daily schedule. We want to ensure a smooth, safe, and joyful experience for every family.

What is the 4:00 PM pickup rule for drop-offs?

You are welcome to drop off children ages 5-15 for the day. We ask that you return by 4:00 p.m. to take responsibility and watch them race their handmade boats!

Can I leave my children under 4 years old?

Children ages 4 and under must be accompanied by an adult all day. You may leave them during their lesson times to attend the adult Bible study, but you must remain on site.

Do I need to leave an emergency contact?

Yes. If you are dropping off your children for the day, please provide a phone number where you or a designated contact can be reached.

Can parents participate in daytime activities?

Absolutely! Parents are invited to join their children in many activities throughout the day, especially designing and constructing their boats for the afternoon race.

How does meal selection work?

We provide a light breakfast snack, a boxed lunch, and a full supper. Please indicate which meals each person will enjoy during your online registration.
